    Laurie comes from a diverse background with experience in event planning, cosmetology, cooking, real estate and much more. Owning a mobile business has always been a dream of hers and when COVID-19 hit, it seemed like everyone could benefit from the use of a private bar that would come to you! In 2020, she decided to take her dreams and make them into a reality. Lo Bevo started with a mobile drink trailer, the Lola Rose, and has since expanded adding a mobile food trailer, the Gina Rose. Laurie has a knack for planning and executing events with a keen eye for detail that will ensure your events are always a success.

  • Olivia Bartlett

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Alongside Laurie, Olivia has been with Lo Bevo from the beginning. Olivia graduated from Endicott College in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing and went on to receive her masters degree in Global Studies and International Relations at Northeastern University. Olivia helps to manage Lo Bevo from scheduling client calls to posting on Instagram and much much more! As an avid lover of travel, Olivia likes to spend her spare time exploring new places and crossing things off her bucket list.

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Bethany is a professional at having a good time and making sure those around her are doing the same. She works alongside Laurie and Olivia to ensure all Lo Bevo events are executed efficiently from start to finish, anticipating and preparing for anything that might be thrown their way. She also is the Owner of Boards by Beef- a charcuterie board service which is now part of the Lo Bevo brand. She has a background in Business and Advertising Sales and when she isn’t working you can find her at Fenway Park or hanging with her dog Jules.
